Sometimes we might send you an eBook via a Hightail link. If you've never used Hightail before, no worries! Follow the steps below and you'll have your eBook downloaded in no time.
How to download your eBook from a Hightail link
Select the link we sent you which will take you directly to the relevant hightail page. Hightail links expire after 7 days, so make sure you download your eBook within this time.
Select the file type you want to download. For this example we've chosen a PDF file. For more info on the different file types and what they're used for, check out some info here.
Personal Computer or Laptop
To download the file version individually (for example, the PDF version), click the arrow+circle button to download.
You can also select the DOWNLOAD ALL option and it will automatically download in a zipped file.
NOTE: If you are using Google Chrome, the download progress will show on the bottom of your screen.
Once your download is successful, your eBook will be saved on your hard drive. Your computer/laptop will automatically save it on your Downloads folder unless you chose a different folder path to save your downloads.
Select your preferred eBook file type and wait for it to download. eBook file types are large, so be patient while it's downloading.
Your page might look like this while it's downloading, don't worry, it's downloading and should appear shortly.
To save your eBook, tap the share icon in the top right hand corner (next to the URL bar if you're on your iPad or the bottom of your screen if you're on an iPhone) and select where you want to save the PDF. iBooks is a best location to save your eBook.
Within a few seconds of copying your eBook to iBooks, it should appear in your iBooks library!
