Turning off Private browsing on Apple devices

The Program website does not support Private browsing mode when using the Apple Safari web browser that is used on all Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod etc) and Apple Mac computers.



To access the Program from a mobile device, please ensure you have turned OFF Private Browsing - for more visit: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT203036



For Macbook Air, Pro or other Mac computers, when using Safari:

  • Close the Private Browsing window, switch to a different Safari window that isn’t using Private Browsing
  • or choose File > New Window to open a window that doesn’t use Private Browsing.
