Our return policy:
- You may return or replace defective, damaged and incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return sender. This time period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time it takes to process your request (3–5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5–10 business days).
- We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item).
- If you need to return an item, simply log into your account on our store page, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
- If you checked-out as a guest please email us at email@example.com to confirm and process your return.
- If you’ve bought one of our books from another store, please refer to that store for their refund and return policy.
