We get asked from time to time about the differences between each print book, so we've included some information below.
I Quit Sugar
I Quit Sugar is a comprehensive introduction to the IQS and 8-Week Program philosophy. This print book is a great place to start if you're new to quitting sugar and looking for a combination of a guide to the 8-Week Program and 108 fantastic sugar-free recipes.
This book is a compendium of all things that Sarah personally ate and treated herself to while giving up sugar. The recipes are a combination of her quirky "inventions" as well as a few contributions from some of her lovely, health-focused friends and family.
