We offer both an omnivore and vegetarian meal plan. Our vegetarian meal plan features a range of exciting meat-free dishes. The vegetarian meal plan uses eggs, nuts, tempeh and legumes for protein sources. All meal plans also include gluten-free and dairy-free options, so you can easily adjust them to suit your dietary requirements.
Unfortunately we no longer recommend the vegetarian meal plan for vegans. Why? We can't guarantee you'll receive the appropriate levels of dietary fat and protein needed to meet your recommended daily intakes. The good news is that it's definitely still possible to quit sugar on a vegan diet, so you can check out some info here.
If you still want to go ahead with the 8-Week Program or 7-Day Reboot you're more than welcome to do so, but keep in mind that you'll need to alter the recipes personally to suit your dietary needs.
