Unfortunately, we don’t recommend the Vegetarian Meal Plan of the 8-Week Program for vegans. While we do provide dairy- and gluten-free options in each recipe, we can't guarantee the appropriate levels of dietary fat and protein required for our vegan friends to ensure you're meeting your recommended daily intake.
It is still possible to quit sugar on a vegan diet – check out this blog post for more info. If you would still like to complete the online 8-Week Program, you are welcome to do so but please bear in mind that you will need to alter the recipes to suit your dietary needs. Our Experts in the forums may be able to offer guidance on this too!
