I don't eat dairy...

Dairy is included in both the Omnivore and Vegetarian Meal Plans, but is easily substituted or omitted, depending on the recipe. We aim to provide alternatives on all recipes that contain dairy.

Milk alternatives like coconut milk or almond milk can be used anywhere in the Program where we may have used cow’s milk. You may need to omit or replace cheese and yoghurt with adequate substitutes like avocado or nuts.

Please note that the Meal Plans have been formulated to ensure you reach your Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of calcium, and if you remove dairy, you will need to make sure you are making appropriate substitutions to meet your dietary needs.

Having said this, dairy is not a core ingredient of the Program. If there is a recipe that you cannot substitute or omit the dairy, you're welcome to swap the meal for another on the meal plan.
