Will my kids be okay with a low-sugar diet?
They will be and, indeed, it is possibly the best thing you can do for their health. Children are little growing human beings that have a bucket load of nutritional requirements. Cutting out the obvious sugars like soft drinks and chocolate is a given, it’s the added sugars in packaged foods like muesli bars and cereals that prove a little trickier and getting them on board, can be a challenge.
