I don't eat eggs...

We do use eggs throughout the Meal Plans on the Program, however we fully encourage you to remove or swap any problematic ingredient or swap entire recipes for something more suitable. We can always help you with appropriate alternatives to this via our online Forums also.

Have you tried using a chia gel when baking? Simply take 2 tablespoons of chia seeds soaked in 6 tablespoons of water to create a chia gel and use as you would an egg.

    Hi, I have signed up and ready to start on the 9 June. However I am allergic to eggs. Can I please have your advise on how I can substitute any egg meals that are in the 8 week program. Thanks in advance Jodi
