When you join the 8-Week Program or 7-Day Reboot, an exciting part of the process is choosing your meal plan! You can choose between an omnivore or vegetarian meal plan.
Omnivore meal plan
Our omnivore meal plan features a range of delicious meals and includes different meat types of red meat, poultry and seafood as well as a sprinkling of 1-2 vegetarian meals each week.
Vegetarian meal plan
Our vegetarian plan features a range of exciting meat-free dishes and uses eggs, nuts, tempeh and legumes for protein sources.
Seasonal meal plans
Depending on the time of year, 8-Week Program members can also choose between a summer, autumn, winter or spring meal plan. Our meal plans are designed to utilise seasonal fruit and veggies that are typically available at the time of year you join the Program. We feature more soups and warming dishes in our autumn and winter meal plans and some lighter meals in our summer and spring meal plans.
7-Day Reboot members don't need to worry about choosing a seasonal meal plan because our recipe developers and nutritionists have taken care of this for you! The Reboot meal plans use common ingredients that are typically available throughout the year and are easily available in supermarkets.
Can I have access to both the omnivore and vegetarian meal plan?
Due to technology limitations (grrr) you can only have access one meal plan. The good news is that our omnivore meal plan includes 1-2 vegetarian meals each week and all members will have access to a selection of bonus recipes as well.
