Ingredients containing gluten are included in some recipes on both the omnivore and vegetarian meal plans, but they can always be substituted or omitted. We always include gluten-free options with each recipe so you start cooking straight away with zero fuss!
The great news is that all recipes on the 7-Day Reboot are gluten-free! The 7-Day Reboot is all about revitalising your mind and body. To help you reset and feel your best, we've removed gluten from the Reboot meal plans because it isn't always the most nutrient-dense option and it can place a toxic load on our bodies. Even if you're not intolerant or allergic, it can increase inflammation and place unnecessary stress on your digestive system.
If you don’t have any issues with gluten then we don’t recommend you cut it out forever. Just make sure you are loading up on more nutrient-dense foods where you can, eating whole grains and avoiding overly refined products that contain gluten, such as white bread. If you think that you might have an intolerance or allergy to gluten, or have an autoimmune condition, we'd really recommend you seek medical advice and support before making any permanent changes to your diet.
