If you have an allergy to nuts, no problem! While nuts do make an appearance in some recipes on both the omnivore and vegetarian meal plans, they can always be substituted or omitted.
The 7-Day Reboot meal plans contain a small quantity of nuts and almonds meal. Depending on your needs, seeds or an alternate nut can always be used in place of the original ingredient. Depending on the recipe, almond meal can be replaced with another type of meal, such as sunflower seed meal or a combination of gluten-free flours.
Over the eight weeks, the 8-Week Program uses a range of different nuts and almond meal in the meal plans. Nuts or almond meal are never the core ingredient of a meal and so can be substituted as you need.
