I've eaten sugar, what should I do?

Lapses are not a big deal – in fact, they give us an opportunity to build up and strengthen habits in our minds. Don’t punish yourself if you do lapse.

Take the chance to learn from your experience and get back on track with your next meal. We often experience symptoms when detoxing. These are normal and will pass.
Our approach to detoxing is not extreme. Instead, we focus on removing the bad stuff and replacing it with heaps of the good stuff, such as veggies, H2O and herbal teas.
