This is different for everyone. The 8-Week Program is not geared towards losing weight, however we have found a lot of our members do lose excess weight. Quitting sugar and treating your body with the respect it deserves will see you find your bodies natural, sustainable weight. We have found that those who quit sugar do not tend to regain weight after finishing the Program, which is not the case for most “diets”. Please keep in mind that Sarah didn't lose any weight until after the 8-Week Program, so please be patient as we all respond differently.
