How long should I wait for a response to my email?

Our community is what matter most to us, so we wanted to let you know how hard we will be working for you!

We receive many emails daily and our customer service team works through them as quickly and as thoroughly as we can.

We answer ticket enquiries during business hours on Mondays - Fridays from 9am - 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

If you send us a ticket request during weekends, we'll respond as quickly as possible on the following Monday.
