You can download individual recipes that appear in the Program guides or in the 'All recipes' section by following the steps below.
We encourage you to download recipes that you want to keep so you have them to refer to after your access to the Program website finishes.
Note: The recipes you receive access to will differ depending on your membership. The below example is from the 8-Week Program.
Login to the I Quit Sugar website here: https://app.iquitsugar.com/login and enter your username and password.
Navigate to the 'Meals' tab
Select the 'meals' button along the bottom of your screen and then select 'All recipes'.
Select the recipe you want to download and save
For this example, we've selected an 'All-in family shepherd's pie.
Select the print button so you can save the recipe
Select the printer icon in the top right hand corner or your page.
Choose to save the recipe as a PDF
It should be automatically set to save as PDF, or you can select this via the dropdown menu. Then select the 'PDF' button to start downloading and saving the recipe as a PDF.
Choose the name of the recipe you're saving
Choose a name that's unique so that you'll be able to find it later. Then select save.
From the main menu of your device, navigate to your 'downloads' folder and see the recipes you've saved
The recipe is saved as a PDF in this location and is saved on your device. You can now refer back to it whenever you'd like!
