The good news is.... Yes! You can definitely eat chocolate as a treat, so long as you’re more selective in your choices (sorry, that Mars Bar is off the table!).
We love to make our own chocolate or if we're buying it from the store, always check to make sure it's at least 85% or higher dark chocolate and doesn't contain emulsifiers, PGPR, vegetable oils or any other nasties.

Is chocolate allowed on the 8-Week Program?
Yep, a wine or beer with dinner isn't a problem. Keep in mind we recommend no more than 1 standard drink per day and that it's not something that you do every single night. There's a stack of different beverage options on the Program so make sure you try them as well!
Is chocolate allowed on the 7-Day Reboot?
As we're giving your whole body a reboot, we recommend sticking to naturally sweet fruit and veggies and IQS approved sweeteners like rice malt syrup and stevia. Remember it's only for a short time!
