You might be wondering if we expect you to cook every day of the week and never eat out again? Relax! That's not realistic and the IQS team enjoys occasionally eating out just as much as you do.
It's not a problem to occasionally get takeaway or eat out while you're on the Program. If you do this, you can then adjust your meal plans to de-select this day (so you won't be buying groceries you won't need) and then keep make sure you've downloaded the recipe so you can make it again later!
As part of your membership you'll also receive a fantastic 'Eating out' guide to help you make healthier choices. If you're an 8-Week Program member, you'll also have the entire IQS community at your finger tips for support and to give you extra tips on how to find sugar-free takeaway and restaurants.
Similar to the 8-Week Program, it's not a problem to occasionally get takeaway or eat out. As the Reboot is only for seven days, we encourage you to do your best to eat your home-cooked meals and feel the full benefit of the Reboot.
