We have some good news! We've had loads of busy people quit sugar with us.
We do understand that not everyone who wants to quit sugar is able to cook every day, which is why we've designed stacks of resources to help you choose the healthiest take out, whip up the quickest supermarket lunch at your desk or create a freezer stash of pre-cooked meals you just need to pop in the microwave and presto - dinner's sorted!
But we will say this, good food takes time to prepare and cooking is a non-negotiable part of quitting sugar. Quitting sugar is all about JERF (Just eat real food!) and you can't JERF if you're not going to be cooking regularly. If you don't consider yourself much of a cook, don't worry! Our recipes are designed to be quick and easy to make and we're hopeful you'll even start to enjoy your time in the kitchen too!
You'll never know how you'll go if you don't give it a shot. We have lots of members with almost insane schedules joining us. If you're committed to making this change, we're sure we can make it work.
8-Week Program and 7-Day Reboot
We take care of most of the prep and organisation for you when you join one of our online programs. We provide you with a nutritionist-designed meal plan and shopping list so all you need to do is organise groceries and then get cooking!
