Our meal plans aren't Paleo but might be considered as Paleo-ish. We incorporate some of the Paleo principles, like eating whole, unprocessed foods and obviously, cutting out sugar! However, we do use grains, dairy and nuts in our recipes. The good news is that with our omnivore meal plans, we always include a Paleo alternative when needed.
Keep in mind, however, that our meal plans have been formulated to ensure you reach RDI of calcium, and if you remove dairy, you'll need to make sure you are taking appropriate measures to meet your dietary needs.
