You can still quit sugar while you're travelling, but it depends on a couple of things:
- How long you're away for
- Where you're heading
- Whether you'll have access to a kitchen
- Whether you think it's realistic to stick to the Program meal plans while you're away
Generally speaking, a couple of days is fine even if you don't have access to cooking facilities because you can follow our fantastic 'Eating out' guide to help you make healthier choices. Any longer without access to a kitchen and, well, to be honest, it's going to be hard. Sticking to meal plans while you're busy and travelling (particularly in countries where ingredients we use are less common) can be a challenge and may not be the best way to kick-off your sugar-quitting journey.
In this situation you would be best to wait for our next 8-Week Program start date or purchase our 8-Week Program starter pack eBook pack so you can set your own schedule. We're starting new 8-Week Programs every month throughout the year, so we're confident you can find a date that suits your schedule!
We have a 7-Day Reboot starting every week of the year. If the current start dates overlap with your travel dates, we'd recommend waiting until you find a date that suits you!
