Follow the steps below to download each week's shopping list and meal plan. The steps to download your shopping list are identical, except that you navigate to the 'shopping list' tab within the 'meals' tab.
We encourage you to download each week's meal plan and shopping list so you have them to refer to after your access to the Program website finishes.
Note: The meal plans you receive access to will differ depending on your membership. The below example is from the 8-Week Program.
How to download and save your weekly meal plan and shopping list
Login to the I Quit Sugar website here: https://app.iquitsugar.com/login and enter your username and password.
Once you're logged in, select your 8-Week Program or 7-Day Reboot subscription.
Navigate to the 'meals' tab along the top of your screen.
Use the 'download' button to download your meal plan as a PDF file.
If you want to download more than one meal plan or shopping list, use the < and > toggle buttons to navigate to to the week you want to view.
Once you select the 'download' button for the meal plan or shopping list you want, a new window will pop-up and a PDF file will be generated.
Tap the share icon in the top right hand corner (next to the URL bar if you're on your iPad or the bottom of your screen if you're on an iPhone) and select where you want to save the PDF.
Saving the PDF to your iBooks is a convenient way to store all your meal plans and shopping lists in one location. You can also choose to save it to your iCloud drive or Dropbox.
