Updating your credit card
If you're paying by instalments and need to update your credit card details, you can easily update it via your profile following the steps below .
Login to the I Quit Sugar website here: https://app.iquitsugar.com/login and enter your username and password.
Once you're logged in, navigate to your Profile via the dropdown menu.
In your profile, navigate to the 'orders' tab and select the link 'changed your payment details?'
In the orders tab, complete the credit card fields that appear and then select the option 'add credit card'.
Once you select 'add credit card' your new payment details will be saved and you're all set to go!
Declined credit card payment
If your credit card payment has declined three times, your access to your membership will be suspended. If you have a new credit card, you can update your payment details via the steps above.
If your credit card has not changed, but was declined due to insufficient funds, you'll still need to re-add your credit card details via the steps above (even if they're exactly the same). The process of submitting your card details again will trigger your outstanding payment to be billed and access to the Program website to be reinstated.
