How to confirm your email address
The first time you login to our website, you'll notice a pesky blue bar along the top of the screen! It's nothing to worry about, just us wanting to confirm your email address! Why? We want to make sure your details are correct because we'll be sending you important emails.
The blue bar along the top of your screen should look like this. Select the 'Resend confirmation' option to send your confirmation email to your inbox.
Once you select 'resend confirmation' option, your screen should look like this:
Check that the email address we've recorded is correct and then head to your inbox and find the email from us with the subject line 'Please confirm your email address'.
Once you find this email, select the green 'Confirm my email address' button and then you're all set!
Can't find your confirmation email?
Sometimes emails can go amiss (thanks, internets!) so make sure you check your inbox, junk, spam and promotions folder as sometimes they end up there.
If you definitely haven't received anything, try adding iquitsugar.com and infusionsoftmail.com to your safe senders list and make sure neither of these addresses are in your blocked senders list. Once you do this, select the 'Confirm my email address' button again and see if you receive the confirmation email this time.
